Many gay ski week events around the world had canceled or modified event plans in 2021 due to the pandemic. But now as many parts of the world recover from covid-19, you can start planning with the latest dates for 2022!

Note: This post is updated regularly as additional information becomes available for 2022 events. All the latest dates are listed. See all official ski week links within.

Even if you’re not a skier, you can easily enjoy the fun après ski events with friends at a gay ski week. It’s an awesome way to spice up your winter. And while you’re planning, don’t forget about these must-have cold weather and ski accessories.

Here are the top gay ski weeks for 2022, their dates, and host hotels.

Aspen Gay Ski Week

Aspen Gay Ski Week will be better than ever in 2022. This year we can look forward to events like a Saturday night pool party, daily après ski gatherings, and a downhill costume party on the slopes, all in addition to skiing the “mountain du jour.”

Passes to Aspen Gay Ski Week come in three tiers which range from $350 to $1000 per person. A remarkably popular ski mountain, Aspen Snowmass is undoubtedly the place to be.

Stowe Vermont Winter Rendezvous

Consider Stowe’s Winter Rendezvous weekend pride event if you’re looking for a gay ski week without too much pressure to actually ski the slopes.

Get ready for a good time at the signature Stowe Bowl event, pool party and blowout party. Some more relaxed events on the Winter Rendezvous 2022 gay ski week schedule include a fireside wine and cheese gathering and drag bingo!

Be sure to pack some hand warmers to keep your hands extra cozy. Pack them under a stylish pair of waterproof winter sport gloves, and share some with your friends.

Swiss Gay Ski: Lenzerheide

This Swiss Gay Ski 8-day program is perfect for those who want to focus on hitting the slopes and prefer more of an intimate setting. Newbie skiers can start the week with lessons and anyone can join the daily guided courses.

Evening events include Hammam Night (which includes some personal masseurs), cinema night, high tea, and daily group dinners. With more intimate events, Swiss Gay Ski is a great place to make some new friends!

Mammoth Gay Ski Week

Mammoth Gay Ski Week is one of the most popular in the United States. It’s one of three events hosted by Elevation, known for their extravagant parties, attended by an international crowd.

Various types of ticket packages are available, including individual event passes, weekend passes or party passes. Planned parties include Global Ho, Throwback Thursday, and the sexy GEAR party, among others. Bring your best gay party gear!

Saturday’s signature event is the Rainbow Run, where everyone skis down the slopes in their best rainbow outfits.

European Snow Pride: Tignes

One of the most unique gay ski events, European Snow Pride is hosted at the openly gay-friendly Tignes winter ski resort. The entire village, called Val Claret, pretty much becomes an entirely LGBT+ zone.

Partnering with Scruff, events at European Snow Pride include daily ski and snowboard groups, après ski, nightly parties, drag shows, and after-hours events.

European Gay Ski Week: Les Arcs

European Gay Ski Week has a huge amount of events you can join, both day and night. From ski school and hosted excursions to EGSW club nights and after hours parties, you’ll be plenty busy.

I love how European Gay Ski Week always organizes solo traveler tables at the seated events as well as shared accommodations for people traveling alone! Check their site for more details.

Jasper Pride & Ski Festival

Winter sports, drag shows, live music, and comedy performances are all on the list for Jasper Pride in Canada’s Rocky Mountains. Events span an entire week including two weekends. Definitely a great option for an LGBT ski weekend in the spring!

Jasper Pride Canada

Jasper Pride’s Facebook page has all the latest event updates. Grab your Jasper Pride Pass, which gets you special discounts at local attractions and restaurants.

Don’t forget to pack a good pair of thermal underwear and ski socks to stay warm on the slopes. Canada can get cold!

Queenstown Winter Pride

To avoid any confusion, Queenstown Winter Pride is the same thing as Queenstown gay ski week. Skiing is part of the pride event lineup!

2022 event lineup details are still to be announced, but typically include things like quiz night, cabaret wars, ladies’ night, and a boat party.

If you love Kiwis and Aussies, Queenstown gay ski week/winter pride is a perfect choice.

More Gay Ski Weeks Returning in 2022

If you didn’t see one of the more noteworthy gay ski weeks in the list above, they probably didn’t have evens last year. But in 2022, most ski events are back!

Telluride gay ski week

Park City Gay Ski Week

Part of the trio of Elevation ski weeks, Utah Gay Ski Week is going to be big in 2022. Perfect for a long weekend getaway, events span Wednesday to Sunday.

Things start off with a welcome gathering and drag show. The week continues on with daily mountain recommendations for both skiers and snowboarders, lunch meet-ups, and hilariously themed evening parties.

Whistler Pride & Ski Festival

Whistler Pride & Ski Festival is back in 2022 with free daily guided ski and snowboard groups, and some fabulously queer-focused evening events. Buy your lift tickets and reserve a spot now to join the winter mountain sport activities.

See more of what Whistler gay ski week is like in the video above. And don’t forget your essential winter and ski gear!

Arosa Gay Ski Week

Arosa Gay & Lesbian Ski Pride is Switzerland’s most popular gay ski week. They’ve been hosting chic and sexy events since 2005 and never disappoint.

Some of the week’s 12 huge events include Frisco Disco, the Addicted Pool Party, White SnowBall, and Sunset Apero.

Ski passes are pretty affordable at Arosa, especially considering how expensive Switzerland can be.

Telluride Gay Ski Week

Telluride gay ski week happens in the picturesque Rocky Mountains of Colorado, where the powder is always superb. While events usually include a welcome party, karaoke, après ski gatherings, and evening parties, the 2022 schedule will be a little different.

This year’s gay ski week in Telluride will be super covid-conscious. All events will be outdoor, including outdoor dance parties and après ski in addition to snowboarding and skiing.

Breckenridge Pride

The GoBreck website announced that Breck Pride was postponed for 2021 (essentially canceled). I love Breckenridge’s official video below, showcasing Breck Pride 2020. Event dates for 2022 are still in the planning stage, so check back for more details.

Tremblant: Elevation Gay Ski Week

Elevation gay ski’s Tremblant event was canceled for 2021. New dates are yet to be released for the next event planned for 2023. This ski week is definitely not one to be missed
